Raffle Information

We are expecting to have a nice variety of kits in the Raffle, ranging from $20-$400.
Because of this, it will be 2-tier Raffle, a Standard Raffle and a Premium Raffle. Ticket prices will vary for each tier and will be posted at the Raffle booth.

We also understand that some prefer to build plastic kits and others like to build resin kits. If there is enough of each type of kit, we may split the Raffle into plastic and resin categories.

So, be sure to stop by the Raffle table in Dealer Room A and check out the options! And GOOD LUCK!!!

Learn tips and techniques for painting gaming figures and minis from an award winning artist.

For the military modeler. A look at Getz Minis products for detailing and customizing your model.
2:00pm - 2:45pm Chris Wooten "How To Make a 3D Printed Monster Kit"
A behind the scenes look at the complete process from start to finish of creating a 3D printed model kit with Chris Wooten from Terrors From The Vault.
3:00pm - 3:45pm Lou Dalmaso "Watching Paint Dry with the Aztec Dummy"
A look at simple masking, masking techniques and why masks are sometimes better than decals (but not always).

Scale Model Competition

We're excited to invite you to join the 2025 Kit Con Model Contest to showcase your work and see what others in the community have created as well!

Categories are broad and no matter what you build, there will be a spot for you!

Awards Begin at 4:00 PM

Judging at Kit Con is a point-based system.
Each category has multiple winners at multiple tiers, based on the sum of points awarded by the judges.
Each category can have up to 3 Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals with additional merit awards.
